Really clean! Aesthetically pleasing. Lots of amenities and large rooms and units. Kinda far drive from the city, about 20-30 mins but was a good overall stay.

The floors of the apartment were horribly dirty...I mean my feet were black, The thermostat was programmed to 78 degrees and it was very difficult to get it changed yet I managed to bypass the programming by turning it off because it would not hold a temperature. The humidity inside the unit at one point reached 78% and I know that because there was a thermostat in the closet set only for the humidity. There was nothing to be done about that ..The unit felt highly humid as if wet. Lastly the parking was extreemly difficult whereas I was told at check in that I could park my second car in visit without any problem whereas I am handicap and the handicap parking spot said nothing to the affect that I needed to pay. I happened to catch a parking agent in the evening about to ticket my car and he was nice enough not to because of what the from desk had told me yet for the following nights I had to pay for the parking in handicap.

Hotels.com failed to mention this isn’t a hotel, but rather a set of flats managed remotely by a digital agent. Check in was slow and complicated over the phone / internet. They didn’t send any info prior to arrival so this was a surprise (after a 10 hour flight) and the last thing I wanted. No food options on site. Building concierge was understanding and kind but couldn’t help. Apartment was fine but no maid service at all during my stay.
