Fantàstic
It is truly excellent. The facilities, including the building itself, are new. The rooms are equipped with everything necessary, without any clutter. The staff provide wonderful service. The breakfast buffet offers a fantastic selection. The rates are extremely reasonable, offering excellent value for money.

Breakfast was surprisingly good. Great facilities with the kids room, relaxation area with massage chairs and spa. Also, very impressed with the availability of rental items you can order from your room. Their service was great alongside with their high level of english. Definitely one of the top Novotel's we've been to.

Most comfortable huge bed and room! Bath and gym area are very well designed and offer many amenities. Nice areas to read stocked with very interesting books. Hotel is not close to the main tourist area, it is next to the convention center. This may be not perfect for tourists that want to be closer to the popular areas. To me the bed and quiet were better than the crowds...

Nice to be away from the manic feel of Osaka! Stayed in Nara for the parkrun. This hotel was in an excellent location for that! Staff were friendly and welcoming. A special mention to the lady working the bar. She was always rushed off her feet but was always professional and courteous and always smiling!
