Room was very new and clean, including independent bathroom kitchen fridge microwave,even salt and pepper ,I wish to stay longer even 1 week,definitely come back if come to kangaroo island again. By the way,there was one fuel station near the reception which surprised me.

Great little cabin. Well equipped. Loved having kangaroos and koalas around the cabin. Also nice to have a table and chairs on the deck to enjoy the view and nature.

We had a wonderful stay at Lyndoch Motel, but what truly stood out was their exceptional kindness and service. We are a family traveling from Singapore, and unfortunately, we left a mobile phone behind in our room after checking out. The team was incredibly helpful — they went the extra mile to search for it, kept us informed, and promptly let us know once it was found. What touched us the most was that they arranged to send the phone all the way to Melbourne, our final stop — and did not charge us a single cent for it. This level of honesty, generosity, and genuine care is truly rare. We are deeply grateful for their help, and they turned a stressful situation into a very heartwarming experience.

It was a great experience from the moment we checked in until we left. When we arrived, we got our cabin immediately so we could drop the baggage and go explore. The cabin had a good AC, shower and a little shelf. The shared kitchen was well equipped and the other guests were very friendly. We shared the food and had a great time. The reception staff was very friendly and helpful, and the wildlife outside was easy to spot. Overall very pleased with our overnight stay.
