A bit hard to find as Google maps are a bit off due to nartow steets and dead ends. Close enough to the dock, pharmacy, grocery store and many restaurants.

We enjoyed the location. The room was clean and the bed comfy. The staff was great in providing us with all the information we needed to make our first visit to Venice as smooth as possible. The patio outside our room was great and had a nice view of the church gardens. Would stay again!

Highly recommend! Beautiful view, good breakfast, not on the main island so it’s in a quieter area. Will need to use the aqua busses to get back and forth to most of the main attractions.

Fantàstic
Beautiful garden and decor, an almost hidden gem, a little difficult to find in the winding streets of the town. I would highly recommend staying here over the main Venice island as you can get there by water taxi in minutes and enjoy a much more spacious and affordable room here.
