Great family stay in Sapa, hotel is well located just outside of the main area. Food option is exactly the same breakfast variety everyday.

Ignored on arrival standing in front of reception counter. After a few minutes he looked up and just said passports like he was immigration official. First breakfast was like a war zone. Supervisor wandering around pretending to be busy not seeing any of the unclean tables. Section of restaurant closed off to guests even though there were no tables available.

A great place, very much like an international hotel. Only thing I was disappointed about was the mattress was very hard. Otherwise very impressed

We did not receive the free spa treatment that was included in the stay, nor were there chairs or a table on the balcony, and the description of how close the hotel is to attractions is severely exaggerated, but the hotel is nice, clean, and comfortable.
