Fantàstic What a great location. We especially enjoyed our balcony with city views. Will definitely stay here again.

Genial The property was fine.
Walls were a touch grubby, grouting round shower could use an upgrade and out kitchen tap leaked at the base.
Also no plug provided for hand washing dishes.
The towels were lovely and fluffy, but there were no pool towels provided nor spares, so in the event we had used the pool facilities, we would have had to use our bathroom towels.
Also our room door on initial appearance looked liked someone had tried to break into it.
These are minor issues, the staff we encountered were helpful and friendly enough but for a property that markets itself as Luxury Apartments, I expected more. It was all okay but not what I would class ss Luxury.

Great size unit, easy walk to south bank and city. Perfect for restaurants etc, nice to be able to walk to everything but be able to have the quiet of the units location. Will definitely book again.

It was convenient and clean.
I would return if I was in Brisbane again, as it was a pleasant walk to places I wanted to see.
I felt safe.

Great room with everything you need including a washer and dryer for longer stays. Nice quiet complex and super close to the Brisbance Convention Center which was my reason for staying. I will definitely stay here again.

PROS: Location was excellent. Rooms were spacious, clean, modern, bathrooms were clean without rusting or stains, and furniture all clean without stains. Balcony was spacious and the balcony door open allowed for great fresh air. Waster pressure was fine but just note that these are showerheads and not handheld showers. WIFI speed was fine.
CONS: The rooms felt a little stuffy and hot despite A/C being on. The washing machine rattled horribly so we had to weigh it down with a carry-on luggage.
Would I recommend? Overall, sure.
