Very comfortable bed and good shower. Good amenities close by.
Room was freezing when we arrived, ancient heat pump took hours to adequately warm the room and was very noisy.
Very limited info available, took until mid morning next day to find someone to give us the wifi password.

I was in room 7 for 3 wonderful nights. It was cozy and 10 steps away from Main Syreet Hahndorf. Lots of shops and eateries nearby. Also the Berry jam shop is not too far away by car. I rated the amenities as a 4 instead of 5 as the shower curtain did nothing to stop water from soaking the carpet. I'd suggest a glass screen door replace the shower curtain to protect the carpet.
I highly recommend this boutique hotel.

Before arrival staff were friendly and helpful sending messages due to our late arrival. Room was nice and clean, we stayed 3 days our room wasn't service at all, but we didn't ask. I found the bed hard but hubby liked it. Great location, nice and quiet, parking available and close to many cafe's.

The shower was fabulous, but the team there a bit confused and absent. Took three attempts to find anyone to get the wifi password.

I telephoned and it was disconnected. I went to reception which was under construction and dangerous.
When I found someone they walked me back to reception through the mess of construction to pay difference of bill and give me a key. Room was clean and was ok for one night. No chairs. Tiny bathroom. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Parking was not the best. Place is well located to cafes and pub.

Fantàstic Found it tricky to check in as reception signs point to disused area. Eventually sortef and shown to big clean room.
Bathrooms are great just be aware shower can run into bathroom floor. Our TV did not work but others did. Was warm and cosy from heater.
The location to the main Hahndorf street makes up for any issues. Literally 10 meters from an anazing German style restaurant/beer hall.
