Breakfast was not given and extra money taken for mountain view room

The staff at the hotel is friendly and welcoming. Hotel is clean, rooms are spacious with a view of the mountains. Food is good though breakfast is severely limited. I find the hotel is over priced considering their are plenty more hotels in Manali which offer better services and rooms. If you book in advance you will be able to find more price worthy options.

Stay from May 16 to 19, 2015 Did my research online for a good hotel in Manali for my much needed family vacation in Himachal. Booked this hotel purely on the basis of reviews online. Was very pleased overall with this place. My room was 202 a premiere room which was allotted promptly on request since i had initially booked a delux room. The only difference being the excellent view from the premier rooms as opposed to the delux rooms. The view from the room was amazing as the hotel is just accross the river with the mountains in the background. Special mention of Mr. Thakur who seems to be in charge of their restaurant.. goes out of his way to keep the customers happy and make them feel at home. His experience in the industry shows. Had seen his name in a few reviews if I remember right, but thought they were paid reviews by the hotel. He proved me wrong. Great job rock manali. Another good thing about this hotel is they dont accept group bookings from tours and travels which results in personalised attention and peace as opposed to commotion of various groups. Food quality is also top class. Location is very close to Old Manali and is ideal. Book the premier room. The price diff is not significant but the view in the morning brings a smile to ur face.

This is not a hotel. This is some kind of a place where one feels like at home. It has a big garden, a big lobby and the room is also very specious. The Garden has excellent view of trees and mountains. the garden is very beautiful itself with barbecue facility. The room was very neat and clean. The toilet was very nice as well. The only problem was of running hot water.

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The breakfast and dinner was tasty and had loads of variety. The roof was comfortable. The hotel was exceptionally clean. All in all, a great holiday.

Based on my experience, this is one of the finest there. The location is good too. walking distance to mall road, yet, away from clutter.
