Not enough coffee with the in room coffee maker, no option for hot water for tea. A microwave would be nice. The minibar refrigerator was so small we could barely fit in our own items that needed to stay cool. They said we could have had a free small fridge if we asked. Two shampoos but no body wash in the shower. The mattress is long overdue for a change out we kept rolling towards the center. We stayed here in May and were in a better room that time. Nice hotel just a little pricey for the quality.

Bé A10lb dog in a crate cost an additional 214. bucks for the night with a pet package offered that didn't exist. We had to ask for the food bowls to be brought up, then they only brought a water bowl. We were in the farthest room from an exit point to take the dog out for potty duties which was 100% inconvenient. Really chamonix do better!

The hotel is nice, no check in before 4 pm. They also have a fridge in the room but you cannot put anything in it. It is for purchasing drinks and snacks only. If you remove anything, even if you put it back you are charged.

The room was fantastic, workout facilities and outdoor heated pool were amazing and it’s right on the main road to the cutest little town. Views were breathtaking!

The main issue I had is they did not notify me that there would be a $100 deposit when you check in plus the $29 that you are supposed to pay when you get there (knew about the $29 though). There was also no hand soap in our room for some reason? And the front desk was so busy the night we got there that I didn't get any time to ask for some. Everything else was great though, comfortable beds, nice room, very clean.

Nice property in a great central location. Rooms were clean and pool was great for children.
