The rooms could be cleaned better as out did not smell good. The front desk staff was polite but the lady staff who cleans were not

We had a very enjoyable stay in Niagra Falls! The staff was so friendly and attentive. The manager was exceptionally knowledgeable to the history of the falls. My grandchildren really enjoyed talking to him and learning little tidbits about the falls

Room had a horrible smell. Wasn’t the cleanest. Pillows are terrible. You can hear everything from the floor above. We needed an overnight stay and I’m glad it was only one night.

Overall the room was fine (soap dispensers were not filled at all in shower and I swapped it out for the sink one) and staff service was good. The free breakfast was pretty lean aside from some eggs and sausage. The biggest issue was poor internet even though I paid extra for streaming for business calls. The staff acknowledged that the high speed was not very good but offered no refund.

The motel was nice especially the breakfast, it was really delicious. Although there were some problems with the air conditions sound everything else went perfect.

Staff members attitude was so nice. Room was very clean. Breakfast is good. Incharge of the morning shift who was handling the breakfast area was seen very active and quick to address the needs of customers.
