My overall stay was great. The staff is so kind and helpful. I think the kitchen in the apartment could have been a bit cleaner. Also, I think you need to repaint the walls. This would make a huge difference. The breakfast was very good. I would stay here again. Number 25 on the 12th floor was my favorite apartment.

A great mall is nearby, 3 minutes by walk. A play ground for children, hypermarket, bus stop. Taxi and online taxi easily available.

A Truly Exceptional Stay! My parents had to stay in Armenia for three weeks due to visa-related matters, and finding this hotel was nothing short of a miracle. The staff, especially Sara and Maryam, were absolutely amazing—kind, compassionate, and genuinely dedicated to helping my parents in every possible way. Their support and hospitality made a stressful situation so much easier. I truly appreciate their efforts and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a warm and welcoming place to stay!

We enjoyed every minute of our stay at RIS. The staff and management were friendly and responsive and resolved any issues we had, which were not many. I have no reservations recommending this hotel to anyone who is traveling to Yerevan and wants to enjoy the comforts of a fully equipped apartment. There is also a mall next to it, with grocery and dining options.
