Room needs some maintenance, but it was still fairly clean and definitely did the job for the price. They need to fix channel 54 though (IYKYK).
Mini fridge and AC worked fantastically which was great during the terrible heatwave. Bed was cheap yet surprisingly firm and comfortable for me.
Both the ladies at the desk were very helpful and friendly. Overall a good experience.

Sold my room after reserving and paying in advance. Will never forget getting into Chicago at 2am just for them to tell us they are full capacity when driving from out of state. No call or anything!! Very upset and disappointed

tv didn’t work, bed uncomfortable,room smelled of cigarettes, holes in bed sheet, hotel located in bad area can’t believe hotels.com put me in this place will NEVER use hotels.com again.

Very gross! We checked our room and found blood stains all over the bed, gross congealed spots on the floor, and very spooky light switches. It is also has live ins who are noisy well into the night, we checked in at eleven and they were still very lively. Our stay was very short and will never happen again!
