オープン３年目ということで、建物、温泉、設備も新しく清潔でした。
大浴場の洗い場に洗顔フォームやクレンジングがあるのもありがたい。

Fantàstic 出来て四年目の施設でとても綺麗でした。
従業員の方々皆さん素敵な笑顔で出迎えてくださいました。お風呂のタイル画（特に富士山）が素敵でした。遊歩道散策用にベンチコートの用意もしてありました。近くにコンビニがあるのも便利で良いです。お料理もとても美味しかったです☆また伺いたい宿です。

Service, food, room, onsen, and overall great experience for our family. We will be back when we can. It wasn’t too big and internet viral, yet a wonderful experience in all aspects. The food was amazing and environment was very tranquil.

첫 료칸이었는데 구조나 시스템에 대해 잘 설명해주셔서 이용에 어려움이 없었습니다.
아침 저녁으로 나온 가이세키도 맛있었고 온천도 넓고 쾌적해서 좋았습니다.
전반적으로 살면서 이렇게나 극진한 대접을 받아본 적이 있나 싶을 정도로 모든 면에서 정말 행복한 경험이었습니다.

大人2名ずつ計4名での利用です。お部屋は少々小さめですが、くつろぐには十分でした。お食事も美味しく、お風呂も良かったですがなによりスタッフの皆様がとても親切でした。おかげさまでとても気持ちよく過ごすことができ、大変感謝しております。
