Overall not a bad stay. My biggest gripe, as an American, is they advertise air conditioning but there is none in the entire building. That was not great overall. Fortunately it wasn’t crazy hot at night since you're in the mountains. But it’s one of the main reasons I booked it. But it was quite cheap and a good budget hotel. Clean room and friendly staff. It’s also much further to the market than I expected. Plan on taking a Grab. But the Grab was only about 48k dong. So not terrible.

Excellent service, everyone is friendly and works quickly. The rooms are quite large and so is the elevator. We had no hot water though, didn’t see any notice when booking FYI. Our apartment was missing a few essential items but the staff quickly corrected. I would return to Happy Hotel in the future if the hot water gets fixed.
