We have stayed at this property twice and both times we had exceptional service. Each time it only gets better. This time the electricity went out a few times due to maintenance. But that didn’t interrupt the service. The hotel was on top of everything. We look forward to staying there again in the near future.

Allotjat amb amics

The staff were all helpful and super friendly! The place was kept very neat and clean! The only issue I had personally was the bugs and bees that kept ending up in the pool as my daughters are extremely allergic to bees. Other than that I will definitely be returning!

Me and my Family didn’t like the salty water in the Hotel,also the was no cable.All they had was apps for us to get into,I miss a couple of games of the World Cup because of that issue.

I loved that I was able to cook in my room and store some snacks. The staff was amazing, Jennifer and Miriam had such wonderful hospitalailty. The hotel was placed within walking distance and easy access to restaurants and activites. FYI please book activites with a noteable company and NOT the people hustling on the beach. You will be scammed. Back to this establishment, the only thing I do regret was that the gym was not yet set up so walking along the beach was the daily excercise. I would definitly book a group vacation again. Family trip 2026

The beach of the hotel is not too preaty but you can use the brach of Mayan Princes and their lounges and bathroom which is a short walk.
