We did not get to stay at Lux Jesmond. When went to book in via msg it would not complete. Then I phoned the number provided the person had trouble locating my booking. When found the property was not available ( I had already paid & got confirmation) we were eventualy relocated to another location which I gather is part of the property group. The room we were allocated to was close to the BarBQ area where people smoked & we could smell this in our room. Also the lighting there reflected in our apartment as there is a glass type door. Over all a not so positive experience.

This is a peaceful unit may be close to highway but you dont notice the noise at all i loved it two nights i wanted to stay a week

It was disgustingly dirty we left intermediately and payed for another place to stay . No refund apology or anything !

Estada individual

I was actually at Executive apartments, Lux does not have 1 bedroom apartments! Roadworks and demolitions at the site made it uncomfortable, roadworks were finishing around 3am so sleep was very disrupted. Good thing was over the road from the Jeso hotel, great meals only a short walk away

Run down house, rubbish out the back. Said check in was 3, got there at 3:30 and cleaners were still there. House wasn’t clean, bathrooms stinky

The room itself was not too bad however there was no toilet paper, nothing to wash or dry the dishes with, no soap at all

The house itself is pretty good, but needs fly screens on the upstairs windows, this is a safety hazard! Any1 could fall out those 2nd storey windows or worse. Everything needs to be cleaned way better, the bedding wasn't clean, fridge, shelves cupboards sinks bathrooms all unclean, plates bowls, glasses cups utensils all not cleaned properly. . Ants n cockroachs in ther. No floor mats face washers dish clothes or tea towels.
