객실컨디션은 괜찮음. 베게, 이불은 냄새가 조금 남.
서비스 부분 아쉬움. 아래의 내용 프론트 데스크에서 정확한 안내가 없었음.
1. 웰컴드링크 안내가 없었음. 알아서 찾아 마시면 됨
2. 방이 추워서 천장형 에어컨 난방을 키고 15분 둠.
15분 동안 찬 바람만 나와서 전화하니 전체 바닥난방이라며 바닥온도를 올려 주겠다고 함
3. 베란다 편백탕 있으나 이용불가 써있음
4. 체인호텔이라 분위기도 디자인도 세련되었으나 시설관리와 서비스가 부족했음

방은 좋았으나 조식이 너무 엉망이었습니다.
사진에 있던 계란도 없어서 직원에게 물어봤더니 사람들이 많이 가져가서 안논다는 말도안되는 소리를 들었네요.
메뉴도 너무 부실하고요. 이런걸 조식이라 할거면 차라리 빼는게 나을듯 합니다.

This was the most peaceful and clean hotel! The staff was kind bd attentive. The view of the ocean was phenomenal. I will return again and again.
