I like the service ,but the carpet inside the room is not clean enough.So much hair.

This place exceeded my expecting. Location was about 4 blocks from the train station, tons of shops and restaurants nearby. A great place to experience a normal Japanese life in a moderate city.

I had an overall good stay at this hotel and appreciated the range of amenities provided, especially the variety of tea options available. Clean towels were also supplied daily. The hotel is within a short distance to Shizuoka station, with some great places within walking distance nearby. Breakfast on the first morning was a little disappointing, as many items had already run out and the selection was limited. However, the following two mornings were much better, with a wider range of options still available - some which were delicious! The main reason I would rate this hotel 4 out of 5 rather than 5 is due to the smell in my room. Unfortunately, there was a noticeable drain odour, which made the room less pleasant than expected. Aside from that issue, I had a positive experience overall.

Great hotel, nice guest lounge area too, well thought out rooms, only downside was the lack of lights in the room, the only two being extremely bright when you need one that’s not too bright by the bed for night time, sort from that would stay again and recommend!

Little bit of a walk from the station. Overall, 10/10
