The property was in a nice and centralized area. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was a great size and decorated very cute! Great for solo travelers!

The hotel canceled our reservation for no reason, even though we paid in full. It took almost an hour and a half to check in after many interaction with the staff. The AC was not working properly. There was no hot water at the shower. We reported to staff and the problem wasn’t resolved until the day we checked out. The morning breakfast, which we paid for was terrible. There wasn’t any food in the serving area.

Tiny rooms and in need of some maintenance.
Comfy bed.
Felt like an “upscale” hostel with “fancy” appliances, but not worth it, far better choices in Milan for the price range.
Plus I didn’t love the location.

Centrally located, only 10 minutes from the Cathedral.
Helpful staff and good breakfast/coffee.
Couple of things that could improve the room, somewhere in the bathroom to put your toiletries and the electric sockets were a bit awkward to use.

The Max Brown Hotel is a fine establishment and met expectations based and what is posted on the Hotels.com website. The hotel is well located in the center of Milan (although there is some temporary road construction near the hotel's front entrance which partially impedes easy access). The rooms are well appointed, but small, and the bathroom has poor lighting and a small shower. Staff are friendly and helpful, and the buffet breakfasts provided were quite good.

Fantàstic Great location. Easy to get to main attractions. Some decent restaurants near by. Room was comfy but very small shower.
