Clean room and really nice decor and scents everywhere in the hotel.
Only thing to improve on is pillows need to be upgraded. They were square and felt hard, not luxurious at all.

Very clean and spacious room. 3 people stayed and the had beds made for 3 with towels and chocolates. Great location between grand palace and St. Catherine’s.

Fantàstic We had a wonderful stay at OPO Hotel in Brussels from April 21 to April 23. The room was excellent, very clean, and well-maintained. The beds were extremely comfortable, which made our stay even more relaxing after long days exploring the city. The location is the most important thing, as it is located in the middle of a busy area; however, the room was very quiet, and I could not hear anything outside.
The front desk staff were outstanding — very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. They provided us with great guidance on places to visit, restaurants, and local attractions, which made our trip much easier and more enjoyable.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located hotel with excellent customer service in Brussels!
