The location is excellent, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. If the room included a coffee maker or a kettle, it would be even more convenient for guests. The breakfast was decent, but it could be improved with more variety and better quality.

Staff (Maria) at checkin and checkout very pleasant and helpful. Having a guest sitting area to make tea and coffee, or heat a meal, was very useful. Breakfast was pleasant and in a lovely space.

The hotel is adorable. Rooms are great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. The location is awesome. There is so much nearby. My only wish is that the bed was a bit worn in and not 5 star but was definitely serviceable. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Great location a bit of walk to the center. Our rooms were charming as is the pension and we were welcomed at the front desk by Maria who was very lovely. Breakfast was not very enticing but even with that, I would return here again when in Estonia.

Friendly reception staff, nice room always warm and cosy. Liked the use of the kitchen to make hot drinks and the Xmas tree was really nice too. Easy to access the hotel which was in a great location in the old town in a quiet street.
