We were promised two king beds and two twin beds but actual was one king bed, one single and one twin. Toilet hose and bath hose leaking. Curtains and floor are filthy. Lift got stuck as there was no clear instructions of not more than 3 people at a time. Lift didn’t work and have to manually climb the stairs and get down with all our luggages. Property address and actual address are different which made us to wander for half hour to locate the property. We found the hotel to be Joy Hotels instead of Mid town suites. Free airport shuttle was promised but when we asked we were told we will be charged us$25. No receipt provided.No toiletries were available-like soap, shampoo,etc. They promise many things as per the booking but not actually. Very disappointing and terrible experience.
