The hotel did not have my booking. I arrived at the hotel at 11.30 and they did not give me the room in spite of showing them the confirmation from Expedia.
They refused to give me the room and asked me to make fresh payment. After a lot of arguments, they allowed me to check in and gave me a room at 12.30 am. A pretty bad experience.
In the room, the bathroom had no hand towel, no floor mat. Cleanliness was 6/10.

Rooms and wash rooms are very small in size, bath towels and bed spreads are very old. Not suitable for family

It's a good place, but the telephone ring at the reception is very loud and interrupts sleep.

Good hotel, but best to not stay on second floor as the phone ring at the reception is very loud. Could here it between the 6 am to 1am every night.

Fantàstic We loved how kind and helpful the staff are at Ginger Noida 133. The decor is modern and the food is excellent. Laundry service is fast and the gym is new and well equipped. The location is very convenient for the Max Noida and for day trips. Being near the Expressway it is only 2.5 hours to the Taj Mahal.
Only negative is the second room I stayed in was not as clean as it could be. It was dusty and the bathroom needed a deep clean. Otherwise a very enjoyable stay, thank you!

room was not clean. Bed sheet was dirty. There is no towels in the room. Hot water was coming when I turn on the water in a sink.

The rooms are too small. The bathroom was smelly and too small. The request for early check in was also denied even though they had rooms. The price is not worth the room condition.
