Fantàstic Excellent hotel in an interesting and convenient location in Beijing. Within walking distance of Forbidden City. Many restaurants nearby. Close to Dongsi Station lines 5 and 6 Beijing metro.
Has a self service free laundry staff is helpful to use it.
Great breakfast buffet many choices.

Laundry was busy but it was very useful to have one. We had a slightly issue with breakfast on one of the days but it was nice to have complimentary breakfast

Had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Express Beijing. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. Breakfast was excellent with a good variety of options to start the day. The location was convenient for visiting Beijing’s main attractions and getting around the city. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the overall service exceeded my expectations. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Beijing.”

This is THE hotel to stay in Beijing for a balance of quality, service, location and basic amenities (breakfast). I thought my stay there was exceptional. Is it a 5 star world class luxury hotel experience? for the staff I'd say yes, but the hotel is quite good nevertheless. I'd stay here again. Gerome was an excellent help during my stay, and quite accommodating. The ladies at the reception did a great job as well.
Just keep in mind for some tours and didi (chinese uber) the pickup is a walk down to the main street, which is an easy 3-4 minute walk. But the trade off is the hotel is in a quiet little street.

Nice spacious clean room. Plenty of bottled water. Room has a fridge. Staff very friendly and helpful. Laundry on site for use. Breakfast quite good.
