We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The whole building is quite new and well maintained. The location was very quiet and the room had great a/c to enjoy during the heatwave. Up the street on the corner was a small grocery store which we found helpful, and the metro station was about a 10 minute walk. While the location was a bit further out from the center of the city than I would have liked, all of the positives about the hotel outweighed that. We appreciated the small kitchenette area, reading lights by the bed and back lit mirror that worked great for a nightlight in the bathroom. Overall a great place for our 3 days in Paris and would recommend the hotel to anyone coming to the city

This is a nice business hotel for a multi-day stay. The room looked brand new - super clean, modern, good layout, spacious, really powerful AC, convenient kitchenette. Depending on your reason for being in town, it may be a bit far away from the main sites (ex: 40 minutes by bus/train to Eiffel tower). There is a bus stop directly outside that runs to the nearest train/metro station. You could also walk there, but it's about 20 minutes.

Clean room, good stay

The hotel appears extremely new, lots of light and space and very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful and were always available. There is a large grocery store (Lidl) less than a five-minute walk away and many restaurants nearby as well. Excellent access to the Metro by walking (10 minutes) or by bus, the bus stop is just a few meters from the hotel. Breakfast was good, there is something for everyone and the dining space is very light-filled and pleasant. Overall I felt I received good value.

Great value for the money. Paris hotels are very expensive but this hotel, which is about 30 minutes by subway to city center, is cery affordable. It is fairly new, includes free breakfast and only a 10 minute walk from the subway station. The only downside is the residential neighborhood where there is nothing to do at night.

Very clean and not run down at all. Still feels new. Well equipped room to keep some groceries.

Overall, the stay was just okay. The room and beds were comfortable, and we didn’t have any issues there. Unfortunately, the breakfast was quite disappointing. The scrambled eggs were consistently cold, and the pancakes/crepes seemed like pre-made frozen items that were simply reheated and served. There also wasn’t much variety in the breakfast selection. The location wasn’t ideal for us either. The hotel is in a fairly industrial part of Paris, and there isn’t much to do or see within walking distance. We also experienced some confusion with the front desk staff. Different employees seemed to provide different information. For example, we noticed another guest being charged a different amount for city taxes than we were. In our case, breakfast was included in our reservation, but we were still asked to pay for it at checkout and had to get it corrected. Nothing terrible, but a few frustrating experiences that made the stay less enjoyable than expected.
