Our room is clean and spacious. Unfortunately, no enough toilet paper (no extra inside the bathroom), towels look old and my son had bed bugs bite. The staff who accommodate us at check out time is too slow to handle difficult task. The deposit money was lost and was not able to do immediate payment. Staff still need to let the manager know and decide what to do. No initiative from the staff. We were late with our appointment due to this problem. Overall hotel is okay but too expensive for the price.

Fantàstic Clean room. Missing door to shower room and staff had to install a make/shift curtain to avoid splashing water to the rest of the bathroom. Attentive and friendly staff.

It has the quality like typical Best Western hotels. Good beddings, hair dryer ( which is not common in Phil hotels), clean and spacious rooms.

Areas needing improvement:
1) Breakfast choices. Window view available for additional cost.
2) In my second stay they charged me P100 for a stained floor towel. It’s not the amount but it’s weird how they would expect that to be clean and spotless.
Positive:
1) Very respectful staff
2) Location — several places within walking distance ( grocery, restaurants, bakeries, pharmacy)

Room with a window view cost P1500 more. Noisy cats during the night. Breakfast was not good. They only provide one small roll of toilet paper a day. Shower temp was hard to figure, weak stream. When I checked out today I was charged P100 because floor towel (to catch spills from half-open shower) had a stain.
Only thing I liked was nice staff.
