Staff was excellent. Everyone was helpful, friendly and accommodating. Location is quiet and peaceful, just a few train stops away from Shibuya and Shinjuku. Staying here was the best decision we could have made for our party of 7.

East Square Tokyo is in a great location in a quiet neighborhood. Short walking distance to a nearby train station, convenient stores and restaurants. The hotel and room is very well maintained and clean all the amenities you'll need is included. Our suite was a perfect room size for our family of 5. All of the hotel staff are super friendly, easy going and are fluent in having a great conversation in English. As our first time traveling into Japan, choosing this place was uncertain, but everything worked out great without worrying. I would highly recommend East Square Tokyo as a great and pleasant place to stay. I look forward to another stay the next time we plan to do another family vacation. Aloha and Mahalo to the team at East Square Tokyo.

This is a minimalist apartment with good access to the metro. There's a grocery store within a 5 minute walk. The property is well maintained and has a staffed front desk for the day. Laundry in the unit worked well. It takes 3 hours to wash and dry. The layout of a separate toilet and shower room was convenient for four people getting ready in the morning. Beds were comfortable. We stayed on the fifth floor and used the elevator. I would recommend staying here.

We really enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. The all in one laundry machine was a nice bonus and meant we could back a lot lighter. The hotel is steps away from the subway so we could get downtown easily. There are lots of great places to eat and shop nearby as well.

Cozy accommodations in a quiet neighborhood that is a short walk to subway stations, grocery stores, and a variety of restaurants. Staff is very friendly and can speak English well. This accommodation is like having a small apartment with kitchen, laundry, dining area, TV room and balcony. Definitely recommend if you are comfortable being outside touristy areas.

The reception Momo was very friendly and helpful from the moment we checked in, showing us the amenities and even general guidance and directions around the property. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Thank you.

We are a party of 6. I appreciated that this hotel could accommodate all of us together. The kids really enjoyed their stay and they thought the beds were very comfortable to sleep on! The staff is the sweetest (Yu-San and MoMo San). THANK YOU for a wonderful stay!
