Dirty plates left all day in corridors.
Some staff were very helpful. One or two not so much. We asked for a quiet room and were put underneath a gymn treadmill! Then moved after we complained. The shower floor was dangerous as very slippery. Needs some kind of covering/mat.
Rooms extremely small.
But overall a satisfactory stay.

Great hotel within walking distance to almost everywhere. The only thing to complain about was smell on elevator and hallways.

rooms was of a good good size very happy with that staff at breakfast day 2 was not good spraying cleaning chemicals on the table when eating is not a good idea and to slow/moaning about taking the dirty plates away but would i stay again yes good value for money quick check in rooms/ bathroom very good location good over all 7/10

I enjoyed my stay at this modern, clean hotel near Liverpool One. Great price. Tasty breakfast...apart from the scrambled eggs which were a bit dry but that was just my preference. Everything else was bob-on.
Staff were polite and helpful. Security was good...you had to tap your room card on the elevator button to get to the bedrooms. Thanks for a very pleasant stay.

Excellent location. Room is clean but there was a time since I was on the first floor, bad smell from the bathroom even though the bathroom is very clean. I believe it’s from being the lowest floor, anything from the upper floors contributed to the smell. However since I am out almost all day, it was okay. Breakfast was okay and traditional.
