The check in key on my phone is new to me. Once I worked it out, it’s very convenient to use. The design of the unit is very creative. The sizes of the bedroom and the kitchen can be changed depending on the needs. I loved it! The interior design is very artistic. In my opinion, the only drawback is the lack of privacy of the bathroom. If the curtain rail can be extended to the front of the bathroom, it would provide privacy to the bathroom. The public area on the 9th floor is great. It has a full kitchen, laundry, a pool table and reading areas. The U shaped balcony has great views and is perfect for relaxation. The location is very convenient. A tram stop is at the front door. Three stops to the city in less than 10 minutes and 5-6 stops to the airport in 30 minutes costing 3.3 Euros. Highly recommend this hotel.

Perfect unit for a solo traveler - excellent use of the space, updated interior, convenient “keys” via iPhone for exterior and room doors, great location near transit, trains, and Swiss Tour pickup location; highly recommend.

Be sure you get the app and understand it's basically you and no staff. If I hadn't run into a host who was wonderful, I would have never known where to park.

Luggage storage: We had to leave our luggage since we arrived early, but they have their own storage on the top floor which was really handy. Room: The normal studio room was a bit smaller than I expected. But it was perfect for the both of us, apart from wobbly bed. Top floor: They have a massive communal area upstairs, we loved the pool table, and even used the oven to cook the pizza for our little date. They also have a nice terrace area upstairs overlooking the city and other side the mountains. Staff: The lady in the morning was very welcoming and so is the person I’m speaking to on Whatsapp. The only disappointment was when we had to go down to get some snacks and left half of our red wine tucked away on the side. The guy threw it away and told us to leave it in the fridge next time. *Don’t know about you but I don’t put my red wine in the fridge* Transport: It was quite easy to find the hotel, had to use the bus and tram from the airport but got there within 20 mins. The tram line stops literally in front of the hotel. Took us 8 minutes to get to town. They also gave us a free geneva pass for the day and used this to visit the old town and the boat. Geneva: Overall was pretty, the old town was beautiful and very clean. I would choose GENEVA over Zurich without any thought

We loved this place! Early access to room, modern furnishings and smart use of space, streamlined online check in and clever web-based keys, awesome communal area, close to town, friendly people…

Only stayed one night, but the room was immaculate and so well thought out. Communal area and the luggage room were a brilliant bonus. Would definitely book again.
