Upon arrival staff, we’re not very helpful. We had to bring our luggage in ourselves. No one opened her doors. We stayed at multiple hotels in Vietnam, and staff are very helpful and accommodating. However, this hotel left that the hotel is clean and spacious buffet is not the greatest, but there are a few options.

We liked the staff, they were lovely and helpful, especially in restaurant. The breakfast was good and we really enjoyed eating it in the pretty courtyard.
The location was good for us, near the lake but walking distance to the night markets. Our room was nicely done, we didn't have a balcony room but that didn't matter to us, as less street noise. Beds were comfortable. We would go back.

Beautiful hotel and rooms. The staff and service were exceptional. Awesome location. Will definitely be back the next time we visit Dalat.

The hotel appears to be new. Everything is in very good condition. The room is comfortable and well appointed. The fitness center and pool are very large. The breakfast has a great assortment of asian and western foods. Each day they placed a roasted leg of lamb. Also, the staff were extremely helpful. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Bidet is advanced.
Great balcony.
Gym is very nice and clean.
Public restrooms were also cleaned and maintained.
Great flowers and plants around the property.
Overall, very clean and helpful staff

We have stayed at several 5 star properties in DaLat, and this is our new favorite! Everything top notch from the moment we arrived. Great location, staff and amenities and wonderful breakfast. The head chef, (Andrew?), does a great job with food preparation and presentation! The overall property is excellent in all details! Close to lake, Yersin Park, shopping and FRIENDLY, accommodating staff!
