L’emplacement de l’hôtel est parfait, en plein centre de Sa Pa. Le buffet déjeuner est varié mais le menu est le même chaque matin. Ce qui laisse vraiment à désiré est la propreté. Notre chambre était correct en terme de propreté mais sans plus. Nous avons reçu 2 fois des taies d’oreiller sales que nous avons dû changer, Nous avions aussi une fenêtre dans notre chambre mais aucun rideau. Nous avons fabriqué un rideau avec des serviettes pour cacher la lumière du matin. Ce ne serait un hôtel où je retournerais.

Room is dated. Bathroom with mold. TV screen is blurry. No smiles from any staff. Does not feel welcoming. Left after two nights.

Excellent customer service! Staff were most helpful and polite. The room was clean and the bed comfy. The place is centrally-located. We had a beautiful view of the cityscape with the mountains as backdrop from our room!

The location of the hotel is perfect. It is right in the middle of the town, with restaurants, groceries, souvenir shops, atm machine and famous attractions just a short walk away. The breakfast was delightful with beautiful view of the town. The room is huge with complete amenities and a balcony that is perfect at night. My only concern is the air conditioning was not working or not getting cool enough for the big room we have. We had to request for a stand fan as my kid was already shirtless in the room due to discomfort. But overall we had a great time in Sapa City Centre Hotel thanks to the lovely staff who are always attentive and smiling.
