Check-in was smooth and excellent service at front desk by Ahmed. Though the request for change was accomodated, both the alternative rooms offered had some housekeeping/maintenance issues that was sorted out. Breakfast was good and staff was friendly. Good support at check-in by Ganesh and at check-out by Jimmy. Overall service was excellent, but property condition requires improvement.

This is the worst hotel in Dubai probably, don’t even pay any money for this place, service is horrible and facilities are even worse. Valet is a rip off and I usually waited 30-40 mins just for someone to park my car. STAY AWAY from this hotel at all costs!
