Per sota de la mitjana Let me first speak of the few good things great location and check in process was easy great places to eat in area and shop
Now on to why I rated it the way I did so right out gate had problems with internet for first 3 days and the room looks nothing like what’s shown it was not clean at all if i could post the pics here I would..stains everywhere just not clean and if everyone is charged a cleaning fee the room should be immaculate

Honestly, this stay would have gotten a much better review had they not kept part of my deposit and at least offered me some sort of a refund on part of my stay. We had to use our hotspots the entire time we were there because none of the televisions worked the entire time due to their internet service. We followed all of their check-out processes and even washed and folded all of the towels except what was used the morning we left and the still kept some of our deposit. Kind of crazy if you ask me when we paid a cleaning fee and they didn’t have to clean anything but the beds and a small load of towels.

It was my second (three-night-long) stay there already and both times over the years, all was great. Very easy parking off the street, cute patio, fresh, clean and modern interiors. Will be back!

Per sota de la mitjana The security protocol was difficult and very excessive, and the host asked for the same information 3-4x, including after we had been cleared and had been checked in for hours. Very disorganized.
The carpet and couch are stained, the unit looks wiped clean but definitely does not appear to ever be deep cleaned. The shower doesn't drain well so that you are in standing water. Toilet paper is the worst 1-ply available. Dark scuffs all over the walls. It may look cute in pics, but the experience is not enjoyable at all once you see how gross it really is in person. Couldn't wait to get out of there.

Very clean, cheery and well stocked apt! Parking is on street but very safe. Nice location. For the most part very quiet. Love all the surrounding vegetation for nice privacy. Will definitely stay again!

Communication was key. We had an issue with the washer/dryer not working and needing to be serviced in addition to not having any coffee cups. That was a little disappointing but overall stay was wonderful. Next time we will be getting the 2 bedroom unit. The single units were a little cramped. We will definitely be coming back!
