I drove up to the driveway ... and there was no bellboy at the lobby to help with luggages. Everything has to be DIY; even the check-in procedures are supposed to be done DIY via iPAD. No one to help with bringing your luggages to your room as well. Everything was pretty basic. Cleanliness is acceptable.

Great location, walking distance to the train. Check in process was quick and easy. Loved the amenities including the public bath, sauna, and rooftop terrace. The room was a bit small but loved that they offered a triple bed room for our party of 3. The free shuttle to the airport was a great touch!

The special events including complimentary cotton candy, sunset photos and free candies in the evening were delightful! The public baths were a new experience for us and exceeded expectations. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
