Estada individual

函館競馬場の徒歩圏内（15分くらい）だったので宿泊しました。温泉宿でありながら１人での宿泊もOKでした。玄関、ロビーも広くて綺麗でした。客室も綺麗で１人で使うには広すぎるくらいでした。スタッフの方々も丁寧な対応をして頂き大変気持ちの良いホテルでした。又、函館に旅行の際は利用したいです。

家族4人で宿泊させていただきました。チェックインをしてお部屋に入った時は綺麗で良かったのですが、食事を済ましてお部屋に戻るとお布団が綺麗に準備されていたのですが、お部屋の各所に綿ほこりが少し目立ちました。どこから出てきたのだろう？そこ以外は満足です。ありがとうございました。

老舗という感じただ、最近のバイキングに力を入れているホテルに比べると、バイキングは物足りない感じがする。心がときめくようなものがほとんど無かった。

部屋に入って床の汚さに驚きました。色んなシミが沢山あって気持ち悪いです。ユニットバスには蓄積された汚れあり(取れる汚れ) 清掃の仕方に問題あり。帰り際他の宿泊客がとても綺麗で素晴らしい！と言っていましたが、部屋によって差があるのだと思いました。施設が古くても清掃などでカバーできると思います。外国人スタッフの対応とても良い。笑顔でしっかりした対応。他スタッフ笑顔なく残念なスタッフ多い。
