It was a difficult property to find. Not a great option for a foreigner in Thailand. The room itself was great, although the only way we were able to find it was from our taxi driver speaking to people in the area to help us find it.

The place comes off on Hotels.com like a regular hotel, but it is not. It is an apartment complex with a few units set aside as the 'hotel.' You are living alongside local permanent residents. There is no staff to deal with, no service, nothing.

Very close to IMPACT arena. Less than 10 minutes walk. Great for conference/concert there. Clean room but hard bed. Convenient eats very nearby
