Very disappointing experience. We specifically asked for a one-hour late checkout and were told by staff that it would be approved at no extra charge. When it came time to leave, we were suddenly told we had to pay after all. The lack of communication and inconsistency between staff members was unacceptable and showed a complete disregard for customer service. If the answer was always going to be no, we would have appreciated honesty from the start instead of being given conflicting information. This left a very negative impression and put an unnecessary damper on our stay. Based on this experience, we will not be returning and would not recommend this property to others.

Has a washing machine & dryer you can pay to use & has vending machines downstairs. Fairly small rooms, but is good for the price.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was quiet, spacious, well appointed, and tidy. Beds were firm but comfortable and linens were very nice. We stayed for 4 nights and even after the first day

It was a great deal. Staff was great and amenities were perfect. Great location to everything and metro was very close. I recommend the hotel!
