スタッフの対応も良く、ロビーも部屋も清潔で過ごしやすく、不満に感じることは何もなかったです。

良かった点：スタッフは皆親切で私の拙い英語にも丁寧に付き合っていただきありがたかった。
併設されたバーでの食事や飲み物がとてもおいしかった。
周囲に飲食店も多くロケーションも良い。
お湯がちゃんと出る！湯量も十分！こういうの海外ではすごくうれしいです。
色んなツアーが手配でき、結構直前でも手配していただけた。
困った点：日本語でのLINEのやり取りが出来はじめはとてもありがたかったが、やり取りが途中で途切れたりやり取りの経過や結果がスタッフにあまり展開されていないようで困った。
シャワーを浴びた後に洗面台やトイレ周りが全体的に水びだしになってしまう。浴槽周りの水が洗面台やトイレの方に向かって流れていく作り（傾きになっている）がよくないと感じた。

Large, comfortable rooms with AC and a ceiling fan. Separate tub and shower was nice to have a good soak. A bar and restaurant downstairs. Quick walk to Pub Street and many other downtown attractions. Very friendly and professional service. Highly recommended!
