Fantàstic Staff were friendly & courteous. Hotel location was walking distance to other restaurants nearby. The laundry room & mini mart inside the hotel was a plus.

Fantàstic Hotel Tano is our favorite place in Guam and became like home to us. The enitre staff are phenomenal, helpful, and kind. They make you feel happy to walk in through the door. The shop has all of the essentials and then some! The laundry is a very helpful addition. The location is fantastic and in a very walkable around, near to everything you'll need.

Genial Our stay at the hotel was pleasant and the staff was exceptional. The location was superb as well. For a family of four, having a kitchen, and washer/dryer in the unit helped immensely. I would absolutely recommend my friends with families to stay there.

Our stay was before, during and after the Cat5 - great place for the price! The power stayed on, but the AC went out… could have been worse. The staff was great… I would return again, without hesitation. I’ve stayed at Crown Plaza Guam too, so I am familiar with the area. This place has a store that’s always open, laundry that is cheap, and a water boiling pot in the room!

The rooms were nice, you can tell they actively work to improve the place.
The staff were awesome.
We got stuck here for typhoon Bavi of course there were some issues from it but overall it did very well and we were never uncomfortable despite the conditions outside.
