Radisson Blu Hotel, Ha Long Bay

We had a very nice room looking straight to the bay (which was amazing), hotel was new, but they dont really have a place for kids apart from an indoor pool. Although all the staffs were trying to be helpful, I dont think they have enough staff. Hotel is also a bit far from beach

Very clean hotel with well-maintained rooms and facilities. The view of Ha Long Bay is beautiful, especially in the morning. Breakfast has a great variety with both Asian and Western options. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent stay at the Radisson Blu, which advertises itself as a five-star experience but fell far short in nearly every aspect. First, there was constant fire alarm testing happening all day long, with sirens going off repeatedly throughout the building. It made it impossible to relax or enjoy the stay. On top of that, the entire sixth floor—including the pool and bar—was closed, and the elevator wouldn’t even allow access. The outdoor sun and pool area was a major reason I booked this hotel, and it was completely unavailable. Several key amenities were also closed without clear notice. The Gold Coast lounge was shut, Sea Star restaurant wasn’t open for lunch or dinner as advertised, Sky Bar was closed (despite being listed as open until 9), and Thalassa Wine was also not operating. These were all features prominently promoted on the website, which is misleading. The room itself had issues as well. The blinds were broken, forcing us into an uncomfortable situation with no privacy showering and getting ready in front of floor to ceiling glass with the whole city watching you with no clothes. The “30th floor indoor/outdoor pool” turned out to have no outdoor access at all, which again feels like false advertising. Transportation was another major problem. A touch of luxury! Loved everything about this hotel, from the ease of checkin to the lovely staff. The room was fantastic and the buffet breakfast outstanding! In room dining after a long day was also perfect. Well done Radisson Blue.

Great variety for the breakfast.

The hotel is ok, breakfast has a lot of options, but everything feels poor quality.

Can't beat the food, staff or the hotel. A excellent choice however it's a little out of town.

Overall our experience was very good fresh towels everything day rooms clean, staff were happy and helpful, breakfast was good, fresh and plenty of choice. Only thing that let it down for us was outdoor swimming pool was closed for maintenance, and as we were long stay customers we were looking forward to a couple of relaxing days by the pool. Although there was still an indoor pool it felt stuffy. Obviously this is no reflection on the staff who never failed to disappoint

Lovely hotel with great views from the premium rooms. Only downside is that the outside pool is shut.
