Genial
The facilities and rooms were excellent. The beds are terrible though, had a hard time sleeping on them. The pull-out couch mattress was better that the actual bed.

Honestly -pass on this “level” there are way nicer hotels in Seattle with customer service and dining for the same price. Many hidden fees. You need to keep your key card out indefinitely it was extremely burdensome- couldn’t pass any door and don’t get me started on the maze of elevators. The amenities were scattered completely randomly with different elevators and different floors to access each one-horrible layout for children. There is zero customer service. One tiny marketplace for junk food otherwise bring anything you want to eat or drink with you apparently and they will not bring anything to your room if you order through DoorDash. The front desk staff acted like any request was such an imposition-couldn’t get a map of the layout, extra towels, “we don’t have water there’s a fountain down here if you want”, dragging my 2 kids everywhere-I nearly left the first day. Main vibe was young kids 20s partying and not caring there’s no food or staff maintaining the rooms at all. Not suitable for relaxing or vacationing with children.

I’ve stayed here a handful of times this month and I’m blown away each and everytime by the level of cleanliness and attention to detail. The amenities are unlike any other hotel I’ve stayed at.

Suite is very spacious, with nice appliances and full kitchen, well stocked with cooking utensils. Very comfortable beds. Excellent view of the city and mountain. Central location easy to go everywhere . Two nice grocery stores just one block away. Hotel supply detergent for cloth washer and dish washer. Just ask the front desk if out of supply. This is more like an apartment than hotel. They don't clean the room everyday. Lots of young people, possibly Amazon employee, living here. Check out the hotel website for the amenity map, they are all available and very nice. Hotel layout is kind of complex, with multiple elevators to different places, so it takes maybe a days or two to figure out how to most efficiently go everywhere. Elevator are operated differently from typical ones in hotels, so it can be confusing at the first few rides, but once figure out how it works, you would actually feel it is very efficient and much better. Elevators are very fast. Only need 1 elevator ride from any garage floor to room floor. Garage has plenty of spots. Just need to go down 4 to 7 floors. You can always find a few empty spots together where you can comfortably park larger vehicle. Knowing the crazy surface parking situation at hotel location, it is really nice to have a guaranteed parking spot. Make good use of the P1 level. Don't worry about the "pre checkin" link sent to expedia. It is not needed.
