Firstly the good points, location, comfort of beds, very quiet and helpfulness of staff when issues were raised The not so good points, got back to our room at 5pm and housekeeping hadn’t been done? Lighting in room is very poor and there was no storage for clothes, coffee machine wasn’t usable and shower door didn’t stay shut so flooded the bathroom

Hotel is in a convenient location for sight seeing & night life. That’s the only positive experience. Room window view was directly into the parking lot. When I asked to move, I was given a room with the exact same awful view. King room is very small with no microwave or iron & ironing board. Upon checkout we discovered our car window was completely shattered as someone broke in, so this isn’t even a safe location. Would not recommend.
