We were really impressed with our one night stay at this beautiful hotel whilst visiting for a concert. The room was stylish and comfortable, The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and the location is perfect. Would highly recommend.

Just great, lovely hotel with amazing staff

The hotel is excellent and the staff are friendly and welcoming. The rooftop bar and breakfast service are also great. It’s in an outstanding location.

Great location, central and easy to walk around and explore. Not within walking distance to cruise terminal. Some staff were very helpful. We booked the lower priced rooms, adequate size considering we were only in there to sleep. Great view and gathering space on the roof. The rooms facing the square are more special. We would return to this hotel if we return.

This boutique hotel was excellently located in the old quarter of Las Palmas and close to the tourist attractions, and still within easy access of the main shopping street. Loved the roof top bar overlooking the square and cathedral.

The staff was excellent. Special kudos to the young lady on evenings. She was very helpful and super friendly. We also loved the roof top terrace. A great place to enjoy an apperitif and a view of the historic quarter.

Good room size but lack USB charging facilities. Breakfast room was beautiful but small. When four of us checked in, we were asked to have breakfast at different time slots the next morning because they were not able to accommodate a party of four at the same time. The more disappointing experience was that quite incredibly one of the rooms assigned to us wasn’t even tidied up after the previous guests checked out. The bedding, the used towels in the bathroom, … something I would never have thought possible at a heritage hotel in the very center of the city’s old town.
