２泊3日させていただきました。
スタッフの方が皆さんとても優しくて、お部屋の清掃など細かいところまで行き届いていてとても気持ちよく過ごせました。
朝食がビュッフェの日は子どもたちが自分で取りたがり親の手が回らない所があったのですが、スタッフの方がさっと手伝ってくださったり子どもたちにも気さくに話していただいて凄く助かりましたし、嬉しかったです。
温泉も家族風呂を予約して入ったのですが、30分間のところ「後がつかえていないのでゆっくり入ってくださいね」と言っていただき、子ども3人連れてのお風呂だったので、お陰様でゆっくりと温泉を堪能できました。泉質も良くお肌がしっとりスベスベになりました！
温泉の階には子どもたちが遊べるスペースもあって子どもたちもそこで遊べたり、お風呂上がりに「お食事お済みでしたらかき氷できますよ」と誘っていただき、子どもたちも大喜びで自分で作って食べることができていい思い出になりました。
設備は高級ホテルという訳ではありませんが、宿泊者が気持ちよく利用できるように工夫がされていて、家族で過ごすのに必要な物が全て揃っていました。完全にお値段以上です！

Shirahama beach area is wonderful and the hotel location is walkable to the beach and restaurants and super market. Nice ocean view and onsen made feel home. Staffs are more than wonderful. Stayed 3 days.
