Gorgeous area and hotel. Hotel was quiet and smelled amazing. Great onsen options and spa options. Lush town within easy walking distance. Gorgeous views from the room.

Breakfast is really good, they are many choices, all taste great! In-room hot-spring bath is very relaxing with good views. It would be even better if the front desk staff could understand more English.

Amazing breakfast buffet with Japanese and Western options. The hotel has private and public onsens. Very good facilities, including a sauna. Unlike other places, it was free of charge and without prior reservation. 5 min walk to the city center. The hotel offers free regular shuttles but it was so close and pretty that we just walked

Staff was all courteous! Place was clean! The private onsen was great! Private onsen was filled in about 20 minutes from empty! Perfect temperature! Lots of snacks!
