El aire acondicionado no enfriaba y cuando le dije al receptionist se molesto y fue poco amable. La habitación super incomoda y no tenia ventana.

The hotel was in a fabulous location and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to be as it was so close to the leaning tower of Pisa. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful and I couldn’t have asked for more. The hotel is very dated, it could do with an upgrade, however for the price I felt it was reasonable. The mini fridge in the room wasn’t working and as they didn’t offer breakfast it meant that my fruit went bad so I couldn’t eat it. But my stay was comfortable and it covered my needs.

It’s super close of Pisa tower it is noisy but it’s in the main avenue so it is understandable, it’s nice to stay.

This hotel is literally 1 minute to the entrance to the tower. Amazing location with great restaurants both for tourists and locals. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Can't beat the price for this location.

Rooms are nothing like the picture on the description. Rooms are dark and dingy unless shutters are open which cannot be done unless you are in the room. Check in and out good nice staff but rooms are tired although appear clean and well kept. AC didn't work so rooms incredibly hot during the night impossible to sleep. Lastly met with a huge cockroach running across the floor whilst packing up to leave. Although the location is ideal it's Definitely not worth staying!!
