The hotel is great. Breakfast is brought up to the room if you include this and it has plenty of options. Location is good, quiet along the water. There is washing machine in the room which is fantastic.

The staff is super helpful. We walked into the EMA serviced apartments instead of the hotel during check-in. The staff could have given us directions. Instead they came to pick us up!
The breakfast in the apartment was provided at the promised time everyday. Loved the spread.
Great hospitality and experience all around!

The room was plenty spacious for three - my daughter was excited to have a room to herself. It was sweet the way breakfast is brought to your room to be served. The lady would brought the food each morning was very nice as was everyone at the front desk. Thank you!

The room was amazing. Extremely spacious. Having a washer and dryer was very helpful. I loved the balcony. The bed was comfortable. The staff was great.

We had a fantastic stay in a two-bedroom suite. It was very comfortable and fully equipped with great amenities, including a kitchen and a washer/dryer, which was so convenient.
Location: While it’s about a 15-minute walk to the city center, there is a tram station right across the street, making it very easy to get around.
One suggestion: It would be great to have Smart TVs for international travelers, as most of the local channels were in a language we didn't understand.
Overall, a great experience and highly recommended!
