This hotel is a very beautiful and charming hotel. Food and customer service is top shelf. The views are amazing. The Panoramic views room are the best selection offering more space.

Gem of a hotel with super attentive staff. Unusual to have no tea/coffee in the room at this price point but we got tea after asking at the front desk. The restaurant was excellent. Unfortunately the location is in a seedy neighbourhood making it unsafe to walk outside

Vista del Angel is a small but excellent hotel a few kilometers north and up from the downtown area. It is an excellent area to overlook the city, mountains and angel. It is walking distance from downtown and easy to get to because it is a steep downhill climb. However, walking back up to the hotel is exceptionally more difficult. The parking is free although it is very limited. The entire hotel is exceptional in cleanliness. The entire staff is excellent. The breakfast was the highest quality I ate during my entire vacation. It had the freshest fruits and wonderful juices.

We were left at the airport when we ordered a driver. Nice view, normal room, pleasant bfast. Difficult walk back from Market & Historic Centre, since it is up a steep streets.

The hotel really focuses on hospitality! It is simply gorgeous in its architecture with amazing views. The breakfast was delicious as was dinner. The front desk staff - James - answered all of our questions and helped with any needs we had.
