Property spotless and clean. Free use of Laundry facilities and 2 min walk to supermarket. The only downside was that there is no air con ( knew this at time of booking ) A fan is provided which would be sufficient for normal summer heat but unfortunately we booked during a heatwave. Also there is construction work going on next to the apartments and they start work early. That’s ok though if you are not planning on lying in of a morning.

Lamira was a great base for our visit to Zürich. Although we had a car and could drive to the city centre, there was a train station with ample service just a short walk up the street. There was a convenience store nearby, too, for when we forgot something at the grocery store. The studio was very comfortable. It was well equipped for cooking and relaxing, and we really enjoyed spending time on the balcony when we were eating our meals. Communication with the team was very easy, and they did a great job in preparing our space for our stay.

They are very nice, good by providing us what we ask for. We recommend their place. Accesible to train and bus. The balcony was good but need to put a separation in between to the other room due to it's awkward to stay in the balcony if they are outside apart from that it was great.

We have stayed several times in these apartments. They are very clean with a kitchenette and a laundry in the basement. Some apartments have laundry facilities in them. The staff are friendly and helpful. We were there in the middle of a heatwave so it was very hot but we had fans which helped. I was told that air conditioning was going to be installed. There was a lot of noise and banging from the construction of an apartment building next door but this is not Lamira’s fault. It was only during the week, not weekends. We will stay there again.

Really nice modern clean apartment, no noise from other rooms, exit on level 2 close to the local bus stop, train station not far. Really great stay nothing negative to say.

On site staff was very welcoming and accommodating to our travel needs and needs in the apartment. The apartment had all things you need to make a meal and relax. It’s close to walking trails and grocery stores. Very walkable distance to bus and train, especially the bus comes every 10mins very convenient. Samira was very understanding to allow us to stay a little longer to ensure we had time to prepare to fly home.

tldr, but here's the bottom line: overpriced for the limited convenience and lack of comfort and service provided. i would not return. more context to follow. unit minimally equipped and met subpar levels of cleanliness. towels were scratchy and thin, and bedding not thoroughly laundered. barely a view of the river, mostly visible only if i stepped out into the balcony and peered past the trees and construction cranes next door. there wasn't a heads up about construction happening right next door which raised a ruckus at roughly 7AM every weekday. only a sad fan is available to combat the heat and you should request it in advance. one must choose between sleeping in sweltering heat or sleeping with insects flying around you. there were dead insects stuck to the light fixtures and ceilings, a few on the pillows and blankets. if you do open the window, they're attracted to light so plan to simply deal with it or navigate your room in the dark. on one occasion, there was no hot water in the shower. the apple tv remote lost power and needed a micro usb-c charger which i didn't have. the kitchen is equipped with only salt and pepper, so if cooking, must buy cooking oil. no washer and dryer in unit despite listing photos, and laundry room downstairs has one semi-dysfunctional W/D for guests and is cluttered and dirty. although host helped w/ a minor lockout situation, was not extremely responsive and generally unwilling to go a reasonable length to address concerns or needs.

Uncomfortably hot and lacking basic amenities. I cannot recommend this property due to severe comfort and safety issues. The units lack air conditioning, which made the indoor temperature reach 90°F during the summer. This heat was intensified by sheer curtains on sun-facing windows that failed to block out the light and warmth. Because there are no window screens, opening the windows for relief let in flies, spiders, and ants. The amenities were highly inadequate. For a five-night stay, I was only provided with one bath towel and one hand towel. Furthermore, the pillows lacked protectors and the mattress covers were insufficient, creating hygiene concerns given the intense indoor heat. The advertised on-site laundry is just a single household washer and dryer shared by the entire building. Finally, the promised river view was highly misleading, visible only at extreme angles, and I felt unsafe due to the complete lack of a secondary door lock.

The only complaint is that there is no air conditioning.

Very accessible to public transport, a huge park with lots of walking trails and grocery stores. Very Quick response from the property manager (very friendly and understanding) when we had concerns and needed to make arrangements. She’s very communicative and helpful - The apartment is very clean, equipped with essential items for our stay.
