房間寬敞明亮又舒適， 接待及餐廳的員工都親切有禮， 酒店很慷慨，mini bar 裏的所有飲品、食物，lounge 的所有食品都是免費的， 酒店裏的設施也是不需附款，可盡情享用，自駕遊可考慮這間酒店。 順帶一提，餐廳的日式早餐比西式早餐出色。

Super nice hotel on every aspect. Staff, amenities, meal, venue all top notch. Excellent hotel. Wish I could stay there for couple of nights more. Highly recommend.

From the moment we stepped in, we received a proper reception despite turning up rather late in the day, after 8 pm. The hotel facilities were properly explained and the room was incredibly comfortable with all necessary amenities. Breakfast was an excellent culinary experience. I regretted not booking a longer stay - and would love to stay with them again if I were to return to the area.

This was my first time outside the USA and I couldn’t have picked a better place. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Saga. We got the breakfast package and we’re able to mix it up everyday. My wife and I tried almost everything and they were all delicious. They also have a fully stocked lounge with snacks, sodas, beer and even a small selection of liquor. Not speaking the language was no problem as they have iPads and use Google translate. I give it a 10 out of 10!!

The hotel was superb, brand new and modern, outstanding interior design, great staff. Could not have been more pleased. The hotel has ample parking, it is a little out of central Saga (a few kilometres. Had dinner in the restaurant - outstanding. Our favourite hotel in Kyushu.
